Try and you will not regret it.. :) !!

Assalam  and good evening friends… now, I would like to share one of my nutritious favorite foods that I like it very much that is nuts. Nut is one of the nutritious food that’s are full fill of nutritious and beneficial to us. So, try and get it’s with full of your filling and you will not regret it. I’m sure this !! J
Nuts are very often high in nutrients because they are the source of energy for the new plant. Most nuts contain a considerable quantity of fat and vitamins and are rich in essential amino acids. The high energy density makes nuts a very filling
Several epidemiological studies have revealed that people who consume nuts regularly are less likely to suffer from coronary heart disease (CHD). Nuts were first linked to protection against CHD in 1993. Since then many clinical trials have found that consumption of various nuts such as almonds and walnuts can lower serum LDL cholesterol concentrations. Although nuts contain various substances thought to possess cardie protective effects, scientists believe that their Omega 3 fatty acid profile is at least in part responsible for the hypoglycemic response observed in clinical trials.
possessing cardie protective effects, nuts generally have a very low glycol index (GI). This is a result of their high fat and protein content and relatively low carbohydrate levels. Consequently, dietitians frequently recommend nuts be included in diets prescribed for patients with insulin resistance problems such as diabetes mellitus type 2.
One study found that people who eat nuts live two to three years longer than those who do not. However, this may be because people who eat nuts tend to eat less junk food.
Nuts contain the essential fatty acids linoleum and Olenolin acids, and the fats in nuts for the most part are unsaturated fats, including monounsaturated fats. Many nuts are good sources of vitamins E and B2, and are rich in protein, foliate, fiber, and essential minerals such as magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, copper, and selenium.
Nuts are most healthy in their raw form. The reason is that up to 15% of the healthy oils that naturally occur in nuts are lost during the roasting process.
Raw or unroasted walnuts were found to have twice as many antioxidants as other nuts. Although initial studies suggested that antioxidants might promote health, later large clinical trials did not detect any benefit and suggested instead that excess supplementation of antioxidants is harmful.

Kertas putih " White Paper "

Picture of The House of Commons.

The White Paper of 1939 was a policy paper issued by the British government under Neville Chamberlain in which, among several key provisions, the idea of partitioning Palestine was abandoned. (It was also known as the MacDonald White Paper after Malcolm MacDonald, the British Colonial Secretary who presided over its creation).
The paper also provided (as alternative to partition) for creating an independent Palestine to be governed by Palestinian Arabs and Jews in proportion to their numbers in the population by 1939 (section I). Further: a limit of 75,000 Jewish immigrants was set for the five-year period 1940-1944 (consisting of a regular yearly quota of 10,000 and a flexible supplementary quota of 25,000); after 1944 the further immigration of Jews to Palestine would depend on permission of the Arab majority (section II); and restrictions were placed on the rights of Jews to buy land from Arabs (section III).
The White Paper was published as Cmd 6019. It was approved by the House of Commons on 23 May 1939 by 268 votes to 179.

Diseases cats can't transfer to you

It seems like there’s always some new sensationalized horrific disease you can catch from your cat, but very few diseases can actually move between humans and felines, and the ones that can are caused by parasites. As far as viruses and bacteria go, though, you’re almost certainly safe from catching germs from your cat. Here are a few diseases and conditions you needn’t worry about when handling a cat.
1. A cold
The viruses that cause kitty colds are very specific to cats and cannot survive in the human body. Although certain flu bugs such as H1N1 can on rare occasions pass back and forth between cats and people, any type of “common cold” virus is not transmissible from cats to humans.

2. AIDS
The feline immunodeficiency virus (sometimes referred to as “feline AIDS”) is not contagious to humans. Although it is related to the human immunodeficiency virus, it is species-specific and cannot in any way be spread from cats to humans. If you or someone you know is living with HIV, you might be glad to know that cats can’t catch HIV, either.
3. Mange
Although humans can get a skin infection called scabies — which, like mange, is caused by a mite — the types of mange mites you find on your cat cannot thrive on human skin.

4. Leukemia
Feline leukemia is caused by a virus specific to cats and is not at all related to the human blood and bone marrow cancer known as leukemia. Although feline leukemia is known to cause cancer in cats, it does not cause cancer in humans. End of statement.
5. Hand-foot-and-mouth disease
Although hand-foot-and-mouth disease is highly contagious between people, it cannot be transmitted from animals to people. If your child comes back from a friend’s house with the disease, don’t blame the cat!

6. Ear mites
These nasty little pests make their home in waxy deposits in your cat’s ear canal. You might think that because we humans also have wax in our ear canals, the mites might spread to us if we sleep near an infected cat, but that’s not true. Ear mites are species-specific to dogs and cats and don’t thrive in human ears. Also, human ear canals are short and straight, while cats’ ear canals are L-shaped and may provide a warmer and moister environment for the mites.
Are there any feline illnesses you’d like to learn more about? Do you want to know if your cats can get germs from you?

sO, don't wOrry tO hOld Or play with cat. :)

For Long-Lasting Energy

Stay Hydrated. Staying hydrated is key to keeping your energy level up; dehydration can do a number on your metabolism, your concentration and your focus. It can also hinder your ability to do even the most minor of physical tasks. Make sure to drink plenty of water throughout the day.
Eat Every 3-4 Hours. Keeping your body fueled steadily throughout the day — whether that’s through regular snacks or 5 to 6 smaller meals instead of 3 big ones — is a great way to have all-day energy. If you find your mind wandering between meals, grab a healthy snack to keep your stomach and your brain satisfied.
Be Smart About Caffeine. There are plenty of health benefits to a having a regular cup of coffee or tea. If you just can’t make it through the day without that little jolt of caffeine, try to make the most of it by timing it well and drinking a healthy portion.

The Best Foods For Energy.
Whole Grains.
Eating healthy whole grains are one of the best ways to keep energized all day long. Whole grains, like oats, quinoa, bulgur, barley, spelt and more, are loaded with complex carbohydrates and fiber — both of which help produce a slow and steady stream of energy throughout the day. Starting your morning off with a bowl of whole wheat will do wonders for your energy levels all day long.
Water-Packed Fruits.
Keeping hydrated is key to maintaing your energy, but hydration need not come in a glass. Fresh fruits and veggies are loaded with water, with apples, melons, and berries leading the pack.
Nuts.
Nuts are packed with filling and energy-boosting protein and fats. All nuts have some fiber, with almonds being a top source. Though you won’t get a sudden burst of energy, nuts are great for the long-haul. Nuts are also one of the best vegetarian sources of iron, and they’re a good source of potassium, omega-3 fatty acids, amino acids.
Lentils.
In addition to being an excellent vegetarian source of protein, lentils are loaded with soluble fiber — one serving can have almost half of your daily requirements! Lentils are a particularly great food for people with type 2 diabetes, but their stabilizing effect on blood sugar benefits everyone else, too. They are also an excellent source of energy-boosting iron.

.

The Worst Foods for Energy.

Foods with White Flour & Added Sugar.
Though whole grains and fresh fruits are great for boosting your energy, white, processed wheat products and sugary snacks have the opposite affect — at least in the long run. Bagels, candy, doughnuts, white bread, cookies, cakes,  ice cream and all other sorts of refined flour and sugary products give you a temporary surge of energy, quickly followed by blood sugar crash that will ultimately leave you feeling tired.
Fatty Foods.
Thinking about stopping by the drive-thru on your lunch break? Well, if you’ve got anything important to do, it’s best to skip it. That’s because high-fat foods do a number on your energy levels. Your body has to work a lot harder to digest these gut-busters, and research has linked a high-fat diet to decreased alertness and increased sleepiness. It can also play a negative role on your ability to sleep at night.
Processed Foods.
In addition to all the problems with fat, white flour and added sugar, processed foods place another hurdle on your energy level: all that added salt. A sodium-heavy diet contributes to dehydration, increases your blood pressure, and makes you feel bloated, all issues that lead to low energy levels.

Let's shopping with sOme tips.. :) !

SHOPPING TIPS !!

Some people hate shopping, some love it–and the ones who love it seem to really love it. In a my-credit-card-is-through-the-roof and I-have-way-too-much-stuff kind of way. Too much stuff usually means clutter and clutter, for many, is the bane of the day.
Why not kick that clutter to the curb by taming your shopping with these 10 tips to kick the habit?

1. Go shopping only when you need something. Go with a list of what you need and stick to it.
2. To minimize impulse buying, leave your credit card at home. If you’re willing to pay cash for an item, it’s generally something that you really love or need.
3. If you see something you really want, walk away from it. Go to a different store, get a drink, or use the restroom. If you really want or need that item, it will be worth the walk back.
4. Before you buy any organizing product, ask yourself if you could just eliminate or minimize the things you were planning to organize.
5. Don’t buy something just because it is on sale. Buy it because you either need it or love it.
6. Buy clothes in coordinating shades. You’ll need fewer shoes and accessories to go with your outfits if you stick to the basics. You can plan your wardrobe around two or three basic colors for each season. Not only does it make daily dressing easier, but packing for a trip is simpler because you aren’t tempted to pack things that don’t mix or match.
7. Purchase only items to replace things that are worn out.
8. Think twice about buying souvenirs. Take photographs or keep a journal instead.
9. Don’t buy something if you already have something that can do the same job.
10. Remember that the very best things in life are free. Instead of spending money on stuff you won’t use or need a year from now, spend time with a friend or family member or with a good book.
