My First Cooking Recipes





Spicy ASAM FISH machete.

Ingredients:

4     score the fish knife (in a clean and parcel of the right)

20 dried chilies
20 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
1 inch ginger / one inch belacan
Some leaves kesum
2 ginger flower bud
3 kaffir lime leaves
1 cup tamarind water
oil for frying salt to taste

How to make it:

Heat oil, Add ground ingredients, add the leaf kesum, ginger flower and lime leaves, Add water and tamarind and add salt to taste. When boiling add fish machete. If love can enter eggplant, okra peas or pineapple. 


Ready to eat.... !! :)
