DRUG ABUSE

           Drug abuse is being seen as a serious problem to society that could be defined as the lost controlling of drug people who have used too much. Driving from these definitions, drugs can be classified into two categories, is the soft drug like antibiotics and analgesics and the hard drug like cocaine, marijuana heroin and others. Drug are often used to help people with a medical issue but there are some cases where individuals abuse it. There are some of the cause and effect of drug abuse among people nowadays.  

            Firstly, one of the major causes is peer pressure. Youth associates with different types of people otherwise known as friends. Through the pressure from these friends a child they tend to have a taste of these drugs and once this done, they continue to take it and become addicted to it at the long run. Youths nowadays also tend to spending more time with their friends because parents nowadays more busy with their works and they do not have many time to ask their children activities everyday and can been their children  tend to the drug abuse activities. Therefore, drug abuse can effect on financial aspect. They that so much addicted to drug do not think about the money that they are spending. Youths or abuser will spend billions of dollars on drugs and just to get the high they think they need . They often to steal, trade or sell everything they can get to get the money they need.   

            Secondly, the next cause of drug abuse is depression. When certain things happen to someone that is considered very sad and disheartening, the person started thinking of the best way to become happy once more, hence the use  hard drug will come in. This later on turns to a habit, hence drug abuse. From the situation, this habits lastly can affect our health aspect mostly in physical aspect. Physical effect are the most important because these can cause dearth. For example, drug abuse damages important organs such as the heart, lungs and liver. Drug abuse can also cause neurological damages, which cause alterations in body movements, loss of appetite, depression and mood swings.

            Lastly, the drug abuse are causes from the rate of unemployment among the youth. The rises of the number of unemployment among the youth nowadays can cause many of the sosial negative activities like drug abuse. This is because teenagers are not to doing any work and use time wisely. They are like too been in hangout with their friend in certain places like mall, unused houses, under bridge and others. In addition, when they are been always in their friends, certain friend are like to ask to try new things like drug. From this situations, it can effect in sosial aspect. The hard drug can make the taker hyperactive at the point of taking this drug. This make taker to behave abnormally, contribute to immoralities such as robbery, sexually transmitted disease like HIV, AIDS and many other sosial vices.

            In conclusion, the causes and drug abuse which leads to negative effects which leads to negative effects which are not only about the health of the users, the also affect society. Although drugs seem to bring more negative results for both individuals and society, they are useful for medical issues.
